How does it work?

Submit your loan application

When you’re ready to move forward, simply submit your loan application. There’s no credit pulled, so your credit score won’t be impacted while we evaluate your opportunity. 

Submit Application

We review your deal

We will quickly evaluate your property, including its After Repair Value (ARV), to determine if the deal meets our lending criteria and position you for fast funding.

Loan Approval & Collect Documents

When your loan is approved, we will gather the necessary documentation and keep the process moving to help meet your estimated closing date & send over a Term Sheet for signatures.

Close the Deal!

At closing, we deliver the funds you need to secure the property right to the title company, finalize your loan, and you start your initial repairs. From there, we stay engaged to help keep your project on track and positioned for success throughout the loan term.
